Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #4 in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking an Entertainment Associate for a part-time role. You will greet customers, assist on the salesfloor, and recommend merchandise based on shopper needs.

You will move incoming stock to the floor, maintain displays, and enjoy benefits including health coverage, a 401(k), stock purchase options, and paid time off. This on-site, mid-shift or closing position offers a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
