Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Rayville, LA is seeking entertainment associates who greet customers, assist with questions, and help keep entertainment displays fresh throughout the day. You will move new stock to the floor and ensure displays are well-maintained, while offering personalized product recommendations.

This part-time role supports mid-shift and closing shifts, with a compensation package that includes an hourly wage between $14 and $27 plus performance incentives and potential premiums

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
