Job summary

Walmart in Kirksville, MO is hiring an Entertainment Associate to greet customers, assist with selections, and keep entertainment displays looking fresh. You will help move new stock from backroom to the sales floor and ensure displays are maintained throughout the day.

The role is full-time with available mid-shift and closing shifts. It offers base hourly pay with potential performance incentives and additional premiums in certain circumstances.

Hourly Pay Details

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour
• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
