Job summary

Walmart is hiring entertainment associates for Walmart Supercenter #5115 in Davenport, IA. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, understand their needs, and recommend merchandise accordingly.

You’ll help move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and keep entertainment displays refreshed all day. This part-time position offers an hourly wage between $16.50 and $29.50, with additional incentives and occasional premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $16.5 - $29.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
