Job summary

Walmart in Burgaw, NC is seeking an Entertainment Associate to greet customers on the salesfloor and assist with their shopping needs. You will be tech savvy, suggesting merchandise based on the customers' wants and needs, and you will move incoming items to the salesfloor while keeping entertainment displays neat and up to date.

Salary & Minimum Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
