Qualifications

• Walk up to 5 miles daily while fulfilling online customer orders.
• Review orders, locate and pick merchandise on the salesfloor.
• Ensure customer orders are filled accurately.
• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
• Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Help customers figure out and find what they need across departments.
• Keep aisles neat, stock shelves, and answer questions from customers.
• Assist at checkout as needed and support supervisors.
• Learn store layout to improve service and drive sales.
