Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Activities Assistant for a part-time role. You will help plan and execute resident activities, assist with monthly calendars, arrange performers, and help transport residents to events.

The position requires strong customer service, clear communication with residents and families, and the ability to work independently in a team setting. Driving is part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Schedule

Part-Time. Thursday - Saturday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

• Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
