Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise cybersecurity, with risk-based program leadership.
• Experience leading vulnerability or exposure management programs across IT/OT/cloud.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scoring, remediation workflows, and risk-based prioritization.
• Understanding AI/ML and governance for secure, compliant AI adoption.

Responsabilités

• Define and mature the enterprise vulnerability management strategy across IT, OT, cloud and applications.
• Establish governance, standards, metrics, and reporting for enterprise cyber risk.
• Lead remediation prioritization, validation and exception management globally.
• Develop risk-based prioritization using threat intel, exploitability and business impact.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, app, operations, manufacturing, architecture and business teams.
• Provide dashboards and concise risk reporting to technical and executive audiences.
• Support acquisitions by assessing inherited environments against security standards.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation to standardize vulnerability processes.
• Contribute to incident response and emergency activities as needed.
