Job summary

Acuity Innovations LLC is seeking a seasoned Test & Evaluation leader to join our systems engineering team for Space/DoD programs. You will define T&E strategies, develop TEMP-like plans, collect and analyze test data, and support DoD-compliant deficiency processes in a collaborative environment.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a STEM degree, and 5+ years of DoD/USAF T&E experience, with 2+ years leading multi-faceted test projects. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or related technical field.
• 5+ years test and evaluation experience with DoD/USAF test processes and documentation.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience in leading multi-faceted tests and test project teams, including oversight of scheduling.
• Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients and managing professional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
• Capable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Developing T&E strategy, TEMP Development, Evaluation Framework, requirement verification and test plans, test objectives, test methodology, and evaluation criteria.
• Collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting T&E data.
• Supporting implementation of common T&E database for the program.
• Supporting development of DoD compliant deficiency reporting and resolution system.
• Supporting T&E reviews, audits, IPTs, DRBs, MIPRBs, and TIMs.
• Travel to DoD and contractor test sites (up to 25% per year).

You will join a systems engineering team defining the next generation of space communication systems supporting US Space Force (USSF) satellite communications for the USSF Space Systems Center (SSC). You will support Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) activities in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. You will interface and collaborate with SE&I team members, contractors, government civilians and members of the USSF. You will lead and support several working groups responsible for leading technical discussion, resolve and identify risk, requirement gaps, developing briefings, writing, and tracking action items, and authoring meeting minutes.

Key Responsibilities:
