Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years related experience in IT architecture.
- Master's degree preferred; PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, HITRUST or similar certifications encouraged.
- Three years of IT architecture experience required and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience developing enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
- Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and manage security considerations.
- Experience with security controls, privacy, compliance, and operational resilience preferred.

The Enterprise Technology Architect develops and advances enterprise architecture strategies, standards, roadmaps, and governance processes that support secure, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions aligned with business objectives. The role provides architectural leadership across the assigned area of focus such as security, infrastructure, network, application, and/or enterprise technology domains while ensuring solutions meet security, operational, regulatory, and business requirements. In partnership with business and technology stakeholders, the architect evaluates emerging technologies, drives innovation, reduces technical debt, and supports enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Engineering, or related field. In lieu of a degree, five (5) years of related experience may be considered.
Master's degree in a related field preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST), or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in an IT architecture role required.

This position is identified as level three (3). This position must ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained.
