Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Enterprise Technology Architect to help clients define and execute technology visions and transformations. You will contribute to sales and delivery, architect complex IT solutions, and lead cross‑functional delivery across cloud, AI, and enterprise applications.

Travel 25%–100% may be required to meet client needs. You will build blueprints, roadmaps, and investment governance while influencing C‑level discussions and vendor strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Enterprise Technology Architecture work experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or equivalent.
• Experience with Agentic AI, SDLC processes, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.

We Are: Within Accenture's Global Architecture Excellence team, the Enterprise Technology Architecture group aims at helping clients reimagining their business and IT, combining AI-native, cloud native and traditional technologies, industry expertise, and entrepreneurial experience to propel them into the future and to help create better products and experiences for everyone. Our team is visionary but also hands‑on, highly technical, and prides itself in being battle hardened, lead‑from‑the‑front technology thought leaders. Although we excel in the new and cloud‑native, we also work end‑to‑end across a myriad of different technologies. You are excited by business‑technology alignment, enterprise technology blueprints and roadmaps, C‑Level discussions but ideally you have also experience on Software Engineering, Agentic AI, DevSecOps, Cloud platforms, Integration platforms, enterprise applications such as Salesforce and SAP and, why not, even Cobol and mainframe. You are interested in solving some of the hardest problems in enterprise technology and transforming and disrupting established industries, to join and help lead our growing Global team. You will be part of a Global team that helps Accenture clients define and execute technology visions and transformations, helping them creating and delivering next generation solutions. We are looking for experienced Enterprise Architects with strong delivery experience and deep understanding of how new technologies and the emerging new delivery approaches and architecture paradigms impact and transform the IT landscape.

You Are: An Enterprise Technology Architect, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the sales and delivery of work covering: Enterprise Technology Architecture North-Star Vision, Blueprints & Roadmaps; Enterprise Technology Architecture Assessments; Enterprise Technology Architecture Investment Portfolio Definition & Governance; Application Portfolio Rationalization. Supporting new and existing engagements by: Architecting complex IT solutions based on emerging technologies for Accenture’s clients; Estimating Technology Architecture solution complexity & cost; Ideating, Designing & Supervising the implementation of Technology solutions; Performing Architecture Assessments and Technology Quality Assurance reviews. Contributing to grow Accenture in its ecosystem: Developing strong relationships with clients, becoming trusted advisors at the C-level and direct report; Developing strong relationships with technology vendors to influence emerging product strategies; Sensing the market for disruptive technologies and potential future areas of investment. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What you'll need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience Enterprise Technology Architecture work
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent cloud service providers
• Minimum of 2 years Agentic AI, Software Development Lifecycle processes and technologies, including DevSecOps and Agile development principles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and fostering collaboration among stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in dynamic environments

Bonus Points if you have Proven experience in engineering and modernizing IT systems using Agentic AI.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
