Job summary

McKinstry Company is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Sustainability to lead and implement sustainability strategies across operations aimed at achieving net zero emissions. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in sustainability and proven expertise in GHG accounting. This role requires strong leadership and analysis skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft tools to track and report sustainability performance. A competitive salary ranging from $89,090 to $136,170 per year is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in sustainability, climate, carbon management, supply chain, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in GHG accounting and emissions management across Scope 1-3.
• 2+ years of people-management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance McKinstry's sustainability and decarbonization programs.
• Develop strategy and execute activities driving McKinstry towards being net zero.
• Lead company-wide annual GHG accounting and reporting.
• Design supply chain decarbonization strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to implement sustainability enhancements.
