Brown & Brown is seeking an Enterprise Solutions - Cloud FinOps Analyst to join our Plano, TX team. You will focus on optimizing cloud spend across Microsoft Azure, building governance, and partnering with Finance and IT.

You will monitor usage, implement savings initiatives, and design Power BI dashboards to drive cost accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Cloud FinOps experience.
• 5+ years in cloud operations or cloud infrastructure management.
• Direct responsibility over cloud spends management, cost optimization, and FinOps governance.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and administering FinOps tools such as Azure Cost Management or IBM Apptio Cloudability.
• Experience designing cost allocation frameworks using resource tagging, subscriptions, management groups, and cost-center mappings.
• Experience with Azure Policy and compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement cloud cost optimization opportunities across Azure.
• Monitor daily Azure usage and alert thresholds to detect spend spikes.
• Design and maintain show-back and charge-back reporting models.
• Develop dashboards with Power BI to communicate cost insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, or cloud infrastructure management, and a minimum of 3 years of direct responsibility for managing and optimizing spending within Microsoft Azure environments. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Finance, Compliance, and Cloud Engineering and Operations, serving as a partner in cloud cost optimization, allocation, and governance.
