Axos Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to inform and guide the software development roadmap within Enterprise Technology Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Data & Architecture, you will shape architecture, define standards, and set best practices to guide the bank’s long-term evolution.

You’ll lead a hands-on, influential role with strong people management skills, work across diverse teams, and drive a scalable, future-ready architectural vision for a digital bank

Target Range:
$170,000.00 /Yr. - $187,000.00 /Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to inform and guide execution of our software development roadmap in support of Enterprise Technology Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Data & Architecture, you will see the “big picture” and create architectural approaches for architecture, design and implementation to guide the technology teams. This role offers a unique greenfield opportunity for a seasoned practitioner to shape the future of Enterprise Architecture at Digital Bank from the ground up. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you won’t just be implementing technology you’ll be a key architect of a transformative vision.
