Job summary

act digital is seeking a Solution Architect to define and maintain the overall architecture for a real-time incident reporting system. You will translate business needs into scalable designs, guide development teams, and ensure security, quality, and maintainability across the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with SOA/ESB and microservices, strong distributed-systems expertise, and leadership in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in software development (C#/.NET) with 2+ years in large-scale enterprise architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related technical field.
Proven experience designing enterprise software using SOA, ESB and microservices.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems; event-driven architectures; Kafka, GraphQL APIs, Redis.
Experience in Agile (Scrum) environments; ability to lead tech discussions and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the overall solution architecture for real-time incident reporting systems.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure architectural designs.
Guide development teams through the software lifecycle and ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
Evaluate technologies and solution options; define architecture standards and governance.
Produce architectural documentation and present decisions to stakeholders; mentor engineers.
