Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise IT architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Proven experience in the retail banking or financial services domain.
• Broad architectural expertise across on‑premise legacy systems and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with integration patterns including event-driven architectures (Kafka), REST/SOAP, and middleware.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem as part of an enterprise landscape.
• Ability to lead cross-functional architecture initiatives in a compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Architecture strategy: Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data models for retail banking use cases.
• Solution design: Lead high-level and detailed solution design aligned with standards and performance requirements.
• Integration & ecosystem management: Architect complex integrations between Salesforce and core on‑premise banking systems using middleware, API gateways, and Kafka.
• Technical oversight: Provide governance during build and deployment to ensure scalability and address technical debt.
• Compliance & risk: Ensure solutions comply with retail banking regulatory requirements and data handling policies.
• Stakeholder engagement: Translate business capabilities into technical blueprints and provide executive architecture updates.
