Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to design scalable architectures aligned with IT strategy for Baldwin Retail.

You will translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate with product owners to optimize business processes. The role focuses on agentic AI, automation patterns, and integration with AWS and Azure, with emphasis on security, reliability, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in solution and application architecture, including distributed systems and API design.
• Solid cloud architecture knowledge across AWS and Azure, including compute, networking and security controls.
• Working knowledge of AI and automation solution patterns, including LLM integration and agent orchestration.
• Secure design principles for regulated environments (SOX, SOC 2, PCI, PII).

Responsibilities

• Design solution architectures for Baldwin Retail that are scalable and aligned with IT strategy.
• Translate requirements into technical designs with product owners to understand business processes.
• Design agentic AI and automation solutions, including LLM integrations and agent orchestration.
• Contribute to design standards, guardrails, and reference patterns used by engineering teams.
• Evaluate third-party products and cloud services; develop build-vs-buy recommendations for architecture leadership.
• Review solution designs with engineering teams to surface risks and gaps and embed security requirements.
