This Solutions Architect role is built for someone who knows that great deals aren’t just designed — they’re shaped!
You’ll sit at the center of Ensono’s largest, most complex pursuits, partnering closely with Sales to architect commercially viable, multi‑tower solutions that work for both the client and Ensono. This is a pre‑sales, client‑facing role with real ownership — from early qualification through close and into handoff. You’ll balance technical credibility, commercial acumen, and executive presence to help win transformational deals.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $151,000 to $205,000 annually based on a full‑time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role‑based, sales‑incentive plan, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
