Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Cabot, Arkansas seeks an Enterprise Service Coordinator to manage orders, coordinate with Enterprise customers, and ensure service levels align with contract terms.

You will be the primary liaison for Enterprise accounts, handling scheduling, communication, and billing while contributing to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Manage customer relations using excellent communication and sales skills for internal and external customers.
  • Leveraging outstanding analytical and planning skills combined with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and aptitude for conflict resolution, organizational skills, analytical skills, scheduling, building code requirements, and building relationships.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.
  • Desirable: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
