Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks engineers to grow their careers at a technically strong and growth-oriented company focused on innovative solutions for national security. The role develops high-visibility, full‑stack web applications for the Intelligence Community, enabling real-time data sharing across systems and stakeholders with partial telework.

You will design, develop, test, and sustain software using modern JavaScript frameworks, OO languages, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years’ SWE experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Description

Build and enhance high-visibility, collaborative web application tools used in the day-to-day mission, throughout the customer and across the broader Intelligence Community (IC). Your work will enable data to be updated and shared in real-time and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack software applications

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with all aspects of full-stack software development
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Experience developing software using object-oriented languages such as Java and JavaScript
• Experience designing and developing modular, reusable software components
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements
• Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and sustainment

Desired Technical Skills

• Experience developing web-based geospatial applications using tools such as Leaflet.js
• Technical leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience
• Proactive technical customer service and stakeholder engagement experience
• Experience optimizing solutions across multiple applications, teams, or technology
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines for consistent delivery

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $225,000 - $260,000.
