Erias Ventures is seeking an RF Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and real-time processing for mission-critical projects.

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; sponsorship is not available. A BS in Engineering or CS or equivalent experience is expected, with strong C++, Linux, and Python skills and DSP background.

Description

We are seeking an RF Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. The RF Software Engineer works individually or as part of a team; Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results; Resolves software problem reports; Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment; Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; or May substitute four years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree; or May substitute two years' experience with MS in Engineering or Computer Science.

Required Skills

• Twelve (12) years' experience as a DSP Algorithm developer
• Twelve (12) years' experience with C++, Linux, Python, or similar development language. C++ work must be in the last 10 years

Preferred Skills

• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+)
