Job description

Our Mission

Healthcare should work for patients, but it doesn’t. In their time of need, they call down outdated insurance directories. Then wait on hold. Then wait weeks for the privilege of a visit. Then wait in a room solely designed for waiting. Then wait for a surprise bill. In any other consumer industry, the companies delivering such a poor customer experience would not survive. But in healthcare, patients lack market power. Which means they are expected to accept the unacceptable.

Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. In doing so, we can make healthcare work like every other consumer sector, where businesses compete for customers, not the other way around. In time, this will drive quality up and prices down.

We’re 18 years old and the leader in our space, but we are still just getting started. If you like solving important, complex problems alongside deeply thoughtful, driven, and collaborative teammates, read on.

Your Impact on Our Mission

Zocdoc’s goal is to become the scheduling layer for healthcare, making it easier for patients to find and access the care they need. At the heart of that goal are our integrations. They connect Zocdoc to the systems our customers use every day and make it possible for patients to see accurate availability and book care. For our Enterprise customers, integrations are not just a technical requirement. They are a core part of why customers choose Zocdoc and how they get value from the platform.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, Integrations, you’ll lead the Technical Implementation Specialist team responsible for bringing those integrations to life for our largest and most complex customers. Your team owns the technical implementation experience from discovery through launch, making sure integrations are designed correctly, move with urgency, and support the customer’s goals.

You will hire, train, develop, and retain top talent while continuing to raise both the technical and commercial capabilities of the team. You will coach your team to build trust quickly, navigate complex customer environments, clearly communicate technical requirements, and keep implementations moving forward.

You will create a culture of accountability, urgency, and ownership, with a strong focus on hitting targets around implementation speed, quality, customer adoption, and provider growth. You will be responsible not just for the results of the team, but for building a team that continues to get better over time and consistently delivers a high-quality implementation experience for our customers.

You’ll Enjoy This Role If You…
  • Ambitious and motivated by impact. You’re excited to lead a team that drives business-critical outcomes and you’re never satisfied with simply meeting targets—you look for ways to exceed them.
  • Passionate about people development. You gain personal satisfaction from helping others grow, mentoring individual contributors, and building a culture of accountability and trust.
  • Technically curious. You love connecting commercial and technical dots and bridging the gap between client needs and seamless product integration.
  • Resilient and resourceful. You lead calmly through ambiguity and make high-quality decisions even when information is incomplete.
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven. You know how to align diverse internal stakeholders toward shared goals, especially across sales, product, implementation, engineering, and integration teams.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technical Implementation Specialists to deliver high-quality, timely, and reliable enterprise integrations.
  • Identifying integration risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps early, then taking action to address them.
  • Identifying gaps in process, tooling, training, and content, then partnering with the right teams to close them.
  • Using data to inform prioritization, capacity planning, coaching plans, and continuous improvement.
  • Creating a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high performance across the TIS team.
  • Supporting high-stakes client and internal escalations while maintaining trust, urgency, and accountability.
You’ll Be Successful in This Role If You Have…
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams, ideally in technical implementation, enterprise integrations, customer success, or a related function.
  • Experience leading teams that implement technical products or support complex enterprise customers.
  • The ability to bridge technical, commercial, and customer needs, ideally in healthcare technology or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows preferred.
  • A data-driven approach to diagnosing performance gaps, prioritizing work, managing capacity, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message for individual contributors, teams, clients, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders.
  • The ability to lead through technical and client-facing escalations while maintaining trust, urgency, and accountability
