What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive new revenue by owning the full sales cycle to win new enterprise deals and grow repeat business
- Use a consultative approach to understand customer problems and guide complex buying processes
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across priority sectors to ensure long-term success
- Collaborate with product, customer success, and strategy teams to enhance the customer experience
- Represent the employer at industry conferences and events to promote the mission and generate leads
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5-8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in climate tech, energy, proptech, SaaS, or relevant technology sectors
- Proven success in closing complex deals with large organizations
- Experience engaging with or selling into commercial real estate, sustainability, or energy teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote startup environment while adapting quickly to changing priorities

- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Background in technical sales or consulting roles
- Familiarity with clean energy markets and technologies
