The Enterprise Risk Manager: oversees the remote data entry occurrence reporting system for GHMC, GHMC-C, and GH Doctors; investigates and follows up with adverse event entries for resolution; runs reports, analyzes trends, educates and assists the healthcare team on the RDE and RL occurrence reporting system; assists in the claims and litigation electronic management process; participates in the onboarding of GH Doctors; reviews electronic health records and writes reports when necessary; interviews nurses, interviews nurses, arranges their preparation for deposition, and interfaces and collaborates with outside defense counsel; maintains and updates the electronic regulatory reporting system; and assists in the insurance oversight and renewal process.

The compensation range for the role is $ 48.46 - $ 60.58 USD per hour / exempt.

When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity)
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Relevant Master’s preferred.
Minimum Experience: Five to ten years of clinical nursing experience in the acute critical care or emergency department setting; current knowledge of and participation in risk management and quality improvement activities; relevant computer skills.
Required Certification/Registration: CPHRM preferred or working toward CPHRM certification.
Physical Requirements: Travel to multiple facilities is required.
