Job summary

STOPSO is seeking an Enterprise Request Fulfillment (ERF) Manager to lead account management, provisioning, access control, entitlement, and user administration for our client environment. This role can be filled onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor-provided facility.

You will direct ERF activities, oversee provisioning/de-provisioning, coordinate workload, monitor SLA performance, and perform audit reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Five years of IT operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing identity and access management operations.

The Enterprise Request Fulfillment Manager directs all account management, provisioning, access control, entitlement, and user administration support services provided to the client.
