Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, and modernization projects for a major public sector health agency. You will collaborate with executives, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery while maintaining stability and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of enterprise PM experience, PMP certification, and deep Jira/Confluence/SharePoint Online proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT Infrastructure & Operations projects, including network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership for assigned projects.
• Utilize Jira to manage project execution, track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and provide program-level reporting.
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, project documentation, knowledge repositories, decision logs, and operational procedures.
• Design, manage, and optimize SharePoint Online sites, project portals, and document repositories.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, technical work sessions, and other project meetings while tracking actions to completion.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints with leadership solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and governance standards across the I&O team.

Scope of the project:

The client is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives supporting one of the largest and most critical public-sector healthcare organizations. The PM will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of concurrent infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, systems, and operational modernizations projects that support the agency’s strategic technology transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and external partners to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining operational stability and compliance with agency standards.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of enterprise project management experience, demonstrated success leading large-scale infrastructure, and cloud transformation initiatives, advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online, and the ability to rapidly integrate into a fast-paced environment and independently manage complex programs from initiation through implementation.

• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints while proactively recommending solutions to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, governance standards, reporting practices, and operational efficiencies across the I&O team.
