Job summary

Woodward is seeking an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Intern to support strategic programs. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination and governance while learning how large-scale initiatives are delivered across the company.

This internship is designed for students who are at least sophomores with a 3.0 GPA, have strong written and verbal communication, and are eager to develop transferable skills in a collaborative environment in Fort Collins, Colorado.

  • Support the EPMO team on key strategic programs.

What you will be doing

As an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Intern, you will support the EPMO team on key strategic programs. You will gain hands‑on experience in project coordination, project management, and organizational change management while learning how large‑scale initiatives are delivered across the company. You may help with:

  • Tracking project schedules, milestones, action items, and status updates.
  • Supporting meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on next steps.
  • Organizing project documentation, change requests, and key records.
  • Assisting with PMO reporting and updates.
  • Supporting project governance and organizational change management activities.

This internship is designed to give you exposure to real‑world project work, help you develop transferable skills, and learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

What We Are Looking For
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent skills in problem solving and trouble‑shooting.
  • Competent in the use of PCs, MS Office Programs and other associated software.
  • Ability to effectively operate in a team environment.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the English language with the ability to speak, read and write along with good listening skills.
  • Good marks in relevant subjects.
  • Possess high motivation, flexibility and ability to work on his/her own.
Education or Formal Training

Must be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Experience Required

No experience required. Previous internship or other working experience, a plus.
