Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive end-to-end product development within the Enterprise Product Team in California. You will own product vision, coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations, and guide multi-product initiatives from ideation through delivery and optimization.

The role requires strong communication, a solid background in SDLC and agile practices, and the ability to mentor Product Specialists while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years in technology or media industry.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with strong technical, analytical skills.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in communications, PM, and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in the SDLC with scoping, iteration planning, user story writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and success metrics for key initiatives.
• Develop and maintain feature roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Document features and acceptance criteria in JIRA with measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Ad Sales, Programming, Operations, Product, Architecture.
• Partner with architecture to identify technical solutions and work with vendors on automation.
