We are executing a multi‑year program to reshape our core technology and business processes, preparing for rapid adoption of emerging technologies such as AI. As Enterprise Product Lead, you will be a key leader in the Transformation Office, guiding product managers to build scalable, value‑driven products that serve global customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Office Lead to define the enterprise product strategy and lead its execution through planning, roadmap development, and lifecycle management.
  • Transform enterprise goals into a cohesive, outcome‑driven product roadmap with clear link from vision to execution.
  • Drive a discovery‑led process to identify high‑value business problems and validate solutions directly with business partners.
  • Develop and champion rigorous business cases for major initiatives, defining value propositions, ROI, and success metrics.
  • Monitor business, market, and technology trends, including AI, to inform strategy and propose new solutions.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering excellence, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Build and govern a strong product development lifecycle with standards, prioritization frameworks, and clear decision rights.
  • Translate desired business outcomes into actionable product requirements and measurable KPIs.
  • Mentor the team to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution, providing guardrails for value, quality, and alignment.
Execution & Value Realization
  • Partner with senior leaders to align on priorities and manage competing needs.
  • Act as primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, collaborating with Architecture and Engineering.
  • Deliver value incrementally and transparently, building trust across the organization.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs that measure business outcomes, product adoption, and value realization.
  • Step in to unblock teams, refine requirements, and resolve delivery risks when necessary.
How Success Will Be Measured
  • Establish and execute a credible product roadmap that translates enterprise strategy into delivered capabilities.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes such as efficiency gains, cost savings, and risk reduction.
  • Increase adoption and reuse of enterprise capabilities across the business.
  • Maintain operational excellence with consistent standards, decision clarity, and financial discipline.
Who You Are
  • 10+ years in product management with a proven record of building and leading high‑performing product teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strategic thinker who translates business strategy into concrete product roadmaps.
  • Financially disciplined with experience building and defending rigorous business cases.
  • Transformation expert who delivers change in risk‑aware environments where user adoption is critical.
  • Pragmatic executor with a hands‑on leadership style, empowering teams without micromanaging.
  • Influential partner with strong interpersonal skills to balance competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Data‑driven with excellent problem‑solving skills, leveraging design thinking and customer experience.
  • Technically fluent understanding modern product development and AI services in the product lifecycle.
  • Preferred industry experience in Music/Media or Financial Services.
  • Periodic travel required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Requires a 7.5‑hour business workday; extended hours may be necessary for evening and late‑night events.
What We Give You
  • Inclusive, collaborative, global community supporting creative journeys.
  • Modern office environment fostering productivity, creativity, and teamwork.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life & disability coverage, and 401(k) with employer matching.
  • Voluntary benefits including identity theft protection, mental health resources, fertility coverage, paid leave for childbirth, caregiving, developmental disabilities, neurodiversity support, subsidized child and elder care, and reimbursement for adoption, surrogacy, tuition, and student loans.
