Imperial PFS is seeking an Enterprise Principal Architect to own the architectural design and integrity of our core systems built on .NET/C#, Azure, Angular, and SQL Server. You will partner with CIO and senior tech leaders to set direction and evolve multi-year roadmaps, ensuring security and scalability.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural standards, and lead modernization efforts including cloud migration and microservices adoption. Local to KC MO or willing to relocate is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture.
• Deep expertise in .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on Azure experience with App Service, Functions, Container Apps, and AKS.
• Strong security knowledge (OWASP, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design and guide the architecture of complex, high-scale systems built on .NET/C#, Azure, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex production issues and define preventive measures.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Define and evolve architectural standards, patterns, and reusable frameworks across development teams.
• Lead modernization efforts, including cloud migration and microservices adoption.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects across teams.
