Altium is seeking an experienced Enterprise Pre-Sales Field Application Engineer to support strategic enterprise customers through the technical sales process. You will partner with Sales to demonstrate Altium's connected electronics design platform and accelerate product development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Ability to communicate with design engineers, engineering managers, IT and executives.
• Knowledge of PCB design workflows and enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales team to develop and execute technical strategies for strategic accounts and complex sales opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand the customer environment, processes, and objectives.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing the Altium Platform and connected design workflows with measurable value.
• Provide technical consultation on PCB design methodologies, engineering data management and design collaboration.
• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, and implementation strategies aligned with customer goals.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to communicate requirements.
• Deliver technical workshops, customer training, and executive presentations.
• Assist customers with software evaluations, implementation planning, integrations and best practices.
• Conduct competitive technical positioning against other PCB design platforms.
• Maintain deep knowledge of electronics industry trends and cloud collaboration.
