Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) skills.
• Solid experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with major RDBMS.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and enterprise BI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end Power BI architecture.
• Lead the design of interactive dashboards and reports.
• Establish governance and compliance standards for BI content.
• Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs.
• Implement monitoring and usage analytics to track adoption.
