Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring an Enterprise Platforms Business Analyst to enable enterprise-wide operations by defining, governing, and delivering integration requirements that connect business applications, platforms, and data ecosystems.

You will bridge business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and integration delivery teams, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise standards for SAP BTP, Azure, and modern integration patterns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on system and data integrations.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based integration platforms, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable user stories.
  • Strong understanding of integration lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, data mapping, SIT, and UAT support.
  • Experience documenting interface requirements, data flows, and source-to-target mappings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and leveraging tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration discovery & requirements definition with business, application, and technical stakeholders.
  • Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for SAP BTP and Azure-based integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in Azure DevOps.
  • Define data & interface specifications, transformation logic, and validation requirements.
  • Coordinate SIT/UAT, testing, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance adherence for integration solutions.
  • Guide stakeholders through Intake, Prioritization, and delivery readiness processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

As the Enterprise Platforms Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless business operations across the enterprise by defining, governing, and delivering integration requirements that connect our business applications, platforms, and data ecosystems. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and integration delivery teams, you will ensure integration solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards. Your work will directly influence the success of enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives through SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Azure integration technologies, and modern integration patterns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Lead Integration Discovery & Requirements Definition

Facilitate integration discovery sessions with business, application, and technical stakeholders to understand business objectives, system interactions, and data flow requirements. Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for SAP BTP and Azure-based integration solutions. Assess integration approaches and document recommendations based on architecture requirements, source and target systems, and enterprise standards. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align requirements with approved integration patterns, including Hub-and-Spoke, Pub/Sub, synchronous, and asynchronous architectures. Drive Intake, Prioritization & Delivery Readiness Own and complete Integration Hub intake and discovery documentation, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete before development begins. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items within Azure DevOps (ADO). Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities by clarifying requirements and scope for architects and integration engineers. Ensure integrations meet Definition of Ready standards before entering development cycles. Define Data & Interface Specifications Lead analysis and documentation of source-to-target data mappings and integration requirements. Document interface specifications including business rules, field definitions, transformation logic, validation requirements, and business process dependencies. Partner with source and target system teams to establish data ownership, quality requirements, reference data standards, and integration dependencies. Define integration attributes including APIs, events, payload structures, file formats, batch schedules, messaging requirements, and data retention expectations. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with canonical models, enterprise standards, and approved integration frameworks. Support Testing, Validation & Release Readiness Serve as the Business Analyst lead for System Integration Testing (SIT) activities. Coordinate with business and technical teams to validate test scenarios, data mappings, and expected outcomes. Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness and execution. Verify delivered integrations meet documented requirements, business objectives, and quality expectations. Ensure Governance, Compliance & Standards Adherence Incorporate security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements into integration designs and documentation. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Security teams to address platform-specific governance requirements. Ensure adherence to Integration Hub standards, development procedures, and naming conventions. Support audits, documentation reviews, and governance activities related to integration delivery. Foster Strong Stakeholder Partnerships Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for integration requests. Facilitate communication across business teams, architects, developers, and platform stakeholders. Guide new requestors through Integration Hub processes, requirements, and expectations.

  • Familiarity with modern integration technologies and concepts, including APIs, event-driven architectures, Logic Apps, messaging platforms, and data transformation.
  • Knowledge of SAP ecosystems, including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP Integration Suite, or related SAP solutions.
  • Experience working with Azure integration services and cloud-native integration architectures.
  • Exposure to data governance, compliance, privacy, and regulated data environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, SAP, Azure, or integration technologies.
Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $114,600-$157,600. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
