Pilvi Systems is seeking a senior Performance Load Test Architect/Lead to guide enterprise performance engineering and load testing for critical programs. You will define strategy, design workload models, and oversee testing across SAP, CRM, APIs, middleware, web and mobile apps.

Lead the implementation of NeoLoad, create reusable frameworks, and deliver executive dashboards. Collaboration with development, SAP, CRM, infrastructure, middleware and vendor teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years enterprise performance engineering/load testing.
• 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level NeoLoad experience.
• Experience architecting performance testing solutions for large enterprise applications.
• Experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, performance monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure performance.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the overall performance testing strategy and standards.

• Lead load, stress, endurance, spike and failover testing.

• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Lead NeoLoad implementation and administration.
• Create reusable performance testing frameworks and automated regression tests.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and executive updates.
• Collaborate with development, SAP, CRM, infrastructure, middleware and vendor teams.

• - Analyze response time, throughput, database performance, API latency, JVM metrics, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• - Perform root-cause analysis and recommend application, database, and infrastructure improvements.
• - Lead the implementation and administration of NeoLoad.
• - Create reusable performance testing frameworks and automated regression testing.
• - Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and executive-level updates.
• - Work closely with development, SAP, CRM, infrastructure, middleware, and vendor teams.
