Job summary

PeaceHealth seeks an Enterprise Strategic Director for Signature Services – Oncology in Vancouver, WA. This leader will drive a system-wide oncology strategy, align stakeholders, and oversee programs across ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings to advance clinical excellence and patient experience.

With a focus on growth, innovation, and performance, the role partners with physician and executive leadership to shape the future of cancer care across the PeaceHealth system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration required.
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in signature service lines within a large health system or managed care organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of signature services aligned with strategic vision.
• Analyze market trends and organizational performance to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee development and execution of new programs and services with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize staffing and resource utilization.
• Establish a collaborative governance framework for oversight of signature services.
• Develop and execute transformation plans to expand geographic reach and improve care models.
• Monitor progress toward goals, ensuring alignment with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial oversight, including operating revenues/expenses and capital investments.
