Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Senior Liquidity Risk Manager to support the enterprise liquidity and funding management framework across retail, commercial, and trading products. You will measure, analyze, and oversee funding risks, advise on risk mitigation, and help develop reporting processes for executive and Board oversight.

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and execution of Enterprise liquidity and funding risk management strategy.
• Identifies and analyzes liquidity risks, informing decision making with stakeholders.
• Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for management and Board.
• Gathers and formats data into reports to support risk oversight and pricing decisions.
• Monitors liquidity stress testing processes and addresses issues.
• Advises on liquidity risk mitigation and product development.
• Acts as liaison between stakeholders and regulators to align agendas and requirements.
