Job summary

AltaMed seeks a senior enterprise architect to design and oversee AI-driven architecture across healthcare platforms. You will align technology strategies with business goals, improve IT infrastructure and security, and drive data-integrated solutions.

With 8+ years in EA and 5+ in healthcare, you will develop direction for enterprise information programs, collaborate with IT and business teams, and ensure scalable, secure architecture artifacts across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health / Business Administration or IT or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Enterprise Architecture preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture including AI Architecture.
• 5+ years in Healthcare ecosystem performing solution architecture roles.

Job description

• Design, implement, and maintain solutions on AltaMed’s technology platforms
• Ensure technology solutions align with business strategies and drivers
• Improve IT infrastructure, security, applications, and data-integrated technology solutions
• Develop strategy and direction for integrating information programs and technologies
• Align, design, and coordinate organizational solutions to enhance business processes
• Evaluate enterprise technical solutions for vulnerabilities or performance discrepancies
• Partner with Business and Information Technology teams to drive standards and best practices
• Eliminate redundancies and deliver objectives across product development, business process design, IT/Business operations, and software development lifecycles
• Design and oversee AI architecture and machine learning solutions
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives
• Develop and review architecture artifacts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health / Business Administration or Information Technology, or related Data, Application, Network, Systems, or Security
• Master’s Degree in Enterprise Architecture preferred, with emphasis on Information Technology continuing education
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture and related disciplines, including AI Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years in the Healthcare ecosystem performing solution architecture functions and roles
• Active preferred, or past industry standard, applicable technical certifications
