BearCom's Enterprise Travel Service Team deploys skilled installation crews to enterprise customer sites — including multi-story office buildings, data centers, and shipping/production facilities — to install and commission Motorola DMR Critical Communication systems and Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES systems. As an Installation Technician, you are an essential part of a collaborative field crew that takes pride in doing the job right. This role requires approximately 80% travel, primarily within an assigned region with national travel as project needs require. Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a major commercial airport hub to support rapid regional and national deployment. If relocation is required, a relocation package can be negotiated.
