Job summary

Poka Labs in San Francisco is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Engineer to help our largest customers implement our pricing and quoting AI platform on top of their ERP/CRM systems.

You’ll visit sites, plan and build integrations, and tackle complex data challenges while monitoring deployments. You’ll work directly with founders and customers to drive successful deployments and expand our footprint in manufacturing AI.

Responsibilities

• Visit a customer plant or office to understand current processes and plan integrations
• Plan, build, and ship integrations with new ERP or CRM in coordination with customer IT
• Dive deep into data integration challenges across customer data
• Set up comprehensive monitoring to detect issues early
