Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories seeks an Enterprise Director of Hematopathology to provide enterprise-wide leadership across multi-site hematopathology services, including bone marrow, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, and molecular diagnostics.

The role requires MD/DO with board certification in Pathology and subspecialty in Hematopathology, with 8+ years' attending-level experience and willingness to travel. Onsite position, preferably in Aliso Viejo, CA, but can be based at any NeoGenomics site.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology.
• Subspecialty boards in Hematopathology required or strongly preferred.
• Active medical license eligibility in CA, FL, and NY is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for hematopathology across multiple sites.
• Drive diagnostic excellence in morphology, flow cytometry, and integrated reporting.
• Staffing oversight and development of hematopathology leaders across sites.
• Collaborate with cytogenetics, FISH, and molecular pathology teams.
• Support digital transformation and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Onsite diagnostic interpretation across morphology, flow cytometry, FISH, and cytogenetics.
