Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an AI Principal Architect to guide strategy and delivery for interoperable, compliant, and economically viable AI solutions across a hybrid AI landscape. You will lead architectural design, establish best practices, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring other architects.

The role combines deep hands-on AI expertise with strategic leadership, partnering with C‑level executives and contributing to industry thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in technical leadership for enterprise-scale cloud architectures.
• Proven experience architecting GenAI/LLM solutions (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Strong advisory skills with senior stakeholders and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-agent architectural patterns and reference architectures.
• Design memory systems, vector stores, and knowledge graphs for long-term knowledge retention.
• Specify RAG/CAG pipelines with chunking, embeddings, and vector search; ensure lineage and observability.
