Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a Technical Architect - ML to lead enterprise AI and GenAI initiatives. You will design production-scale AI systems, drive agent orchestration, and oversee evaluation of models, retrieval and tooling across cloud platforms.

You will mentor delivery teams, define engineering standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, measurable AI solutions. Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and vector databases is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Production-scale AI/GenAI design experience.
• Deep understanding of agent orchestration patterns and multi-agent systems.
• Experience designing RAG, hybrid retrieval, reranking and retrieval optimization.
• LoRA/PEFT model customization and adaptation techniques.
• Strong RL understanding and application in agentic systems.
• Ability to evaluate models, frameworks, vector databases and AI tooling.
• Drive engineering excellence with code/design reviews and mentorship.
• Hands-on expertise across LangGraph, LangChain, MCP and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on GCP and/or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Evaluate foundation models, vector databases, embedding models, agent frameworks, and retrieval strategies.
• Design multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, and tool integration patterns.
• Define engineering standards for observability, evaluation, testing, and deployment.
• Guide teams through design, development, testing and deployment cycles.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to PoCs and architecture validation activities.
