Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Lead Finance Data Analyst - Enterprise Performance Reporting to transform complex financial and operational data into executive dashboards and KPI frameworks that drive better decisions.

The role combines analytics, data management, and governance to deliver scalable reporting solutions across the enterprise. Hybrid work in Northbrook IL or Chicago IL, with collaboration across Finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, enterprise reporting, BI, financial reporting, performance management, or related work.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong data management, integration, and analysis skills.
• Ability to organize, analyze, validate, and connect information from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, and analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build executive dashboards, scorecards, enterprise reports, and KPI frameworks that leaders use to run the business.
• Standardize financial and operational metrics so reporting is consistent, trusted, and scalable.
• Design clear, intuitive reporting experiences that make performance easy to understand and act on.
• Partner with Finance and business teams to deliver reporting solutions that solve real business needs.
• Support management and executive reporting packages with timely, relevant insights.
