UptimeAI is a US-headquartered industrial AI company helping heavy industries improve reliability and performance through advanced AI and predictive analytics. The Engagement Manager will own customer outcomes and successful deployment of the UptimeAI platform across enterprise accounts.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders within major industrial organizations to ensure customers deploy, adopt, and scale UptimeAI with measurable operational impact and

Competenze

• 10+ years experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Experience working with industrial customers in sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, power, or heavy industry.
• Experience deploying industrial analytics, APM, predictive maintenance, or AI solutions.
• Strong program or project management skills managing complex enterprise deployments.
• Ability to engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data science.

• Partner with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to deploy and scale UptimeAI solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technical teams.
