Job summary

Aikido Security in Chicago is seeking a forward-deployed engineer to help enterprise customers deploy and operationalize our AI-powered pentest product in their environments. You will own deployments end-to-end, troubleshoot incidents, and turn field findings into product improvements.

You will read Go, TypeScript, or Python to understand issues and trace problems, and work with Docker, Postgres, TLS, and complex network setups to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying software to enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with on-premises or hybrid cloud deployments.
• Ability to read Go, TypeScript or Python to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deployments end-to-end: from initial install to stable operation.
• Debug incidents directly in customer environments (Docker, Postgres, networking).
• Handle complex enterprise environments: proxies, firewalls, egress rules, internal PKI, air-gapped setups.
