Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Delivery to lead its Premier Support organization across Elevate, Middle Tier, and Elite Pod. The role focuses on scaling delivery for Top 25–100 accounts, improving outcomes, and differentiating Orion with proactive, consultative service delivery.

The VP will build playbooks, hire Elite Client Delivery Managers, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in enterprise client success, service delivery, or professional services with premium support leadership.
• Experience managing and renewing Enterprise accounts in the $500K+ ARR range.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Premier Support strategy across Elevate, Middle Tier, and Elite Pod.
• Build Enterprise Pod model: hire and onboard Elite Client Delivery Managers and define playbooks.
• Lead shift from reactive to proactive, consultative service delivery.
• Report on service health, client risk, and investment performance to VP Tech Operations.
• Oversee executive relationships with Top accounts and drive annual success plans.
