Job summary

This exempt, full-time role focuses on establishing data governance processes, promoting data literacy, and collaborating with IT and business teams to improve data quality and standards across sources and systems.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enterprise Data Steward to join our dynamic team in Worcester, MA office or remote work location. This is a full time, exempt role.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Enterprise Data Steward will be responsible for establishing processes for stewards to execute their activities and communicate their actions to their peer stewards and other business users/roles. This role involves collaborating with various departments to advocate for and promote education of staff on data access, literacy, and stewardship.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Collaborate on the development of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and report on data quality and integrity across all data sources and systems.
