Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Data Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise data platforms in a hybrid Harrisburg environment. You will shape architecture, set engineering standards, and drive security and platform extensibility across agencies.

The role partners with CISO and GRC teams to implement IAM, encryption, and auditing, while advancing API-first, reusable data product capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years building large-scale cloud data platforms.
• 7+ years in modern data architecture and platform engineering.
• Experience implementing enterprise security controls for cloud data platforms (IAM, RBAC).
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Hands-on DevSecOps practices and shift-left security.

Responsibilities

• Define target enterprise data platform architecture and multi-year roadmaps.
• Build MVP and mature cloud data platform with guardrails and security.
• Design secure multi-tenant environments for multiple agencies with data co-mingling concerns.
• Partner with CISO, GRC and security teams to implement IAM, encryption and audits.
• Develop platform services and onboarding patterns for enterprise adoption.
