Job summary

A leading telecommunications partner in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Telecom Analyst III to design, implement, test, and document complex data network solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of IT experience, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, and Cisco certifications like CCNA or CCNP. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Cisco Systems design and support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and Cisco IOS configurations.
• Familiarity with WAN circuits and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, test, and implement enterprise network solutions.
• Configure and implement Cisco routers and switches into existing infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate diagrams and configurations for all network devices.
• Prepare detailed engineering job packages including parts lists and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and turn up private and public WAN circuits.
• Collaborate with IT teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
