Job summary

Concept Plus in Fairfax, VA seeks a Data Warehouse/Integration Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain our enterprise data warehouse and related system integrations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, SQL, and data integration in enterprise environments, and can contribute to ongoing warehouse operations, performance tuning, and data quality improvements.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to best practices are expected.

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of SQL and relational data modeling.
2+ years of data integration/ETL/EDW experience in enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Windows and/or Perl scripting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support design, development, and maintenance of Informatica PowerCenter mappings, sessions, and workflows.
Assist with building and supporting cross-system interfaces and data conversions.
Create and maintain data mapping, operations, and maintenance documentation.
Monitor system performance and help tune Informatica workflows, SQL queries, and DB processes.
Contribute to reliability and day-to-day support of enterprise data warehouse integrations.
